◇2002 China Hangzhou·Chemical Fiber Forum
On March 3, 2002, China Hangzhou·Chemical Fiber Forum was held ceremoniously Golden Horse Hotel, Xiaoshan. Leaders and experts from center and local governments、chemical fiber textile enterprises、security & fund institution and the press, and distinguished guests from chemical fiber textile industries of Taiwan、South Korea、India、Japan participated in the conference. All attendants were beyond 400. Two-day conference not only had been spoken highly by all participants, but also found strong echoes in whole society. Xinhua News Agency、Economic Daily、Zhejiang Daily、Hangzhou Daily and Zhejiang TV station all reported the grand conference.

◇2002 China Hangzhou·International Spandex Conference
On September 23-24, 2002, China Hangzhou International Spandex Conference was held in Xiaoshan. 450 odds participants including leaders and experts from all circles of domestic society, such as governmental departments、enterprises、financial institution and the press, and from the spandex sectors of Germany、Italy、Japan、India、South Korea、Hong Kong and Taiwan attended the conference.

◇2003 China Hangzhou·Chemical Fiber Forum
On March 13, 2003, leaders and experts from governments of all levels、financial and security institution、wide chemical fiber textile enterprises and the press, and representatives from American and British chemical fiber textile enterprises over 500 came to the conference. Reporters of CCTV’s programs——Financial & Economic News Broadcast and China Security, and Xinhua News Agency、People Daily and China Textile News, and representatives of overseas famous industrial press, such as ICIS and CMAI all attended the conference. During the conference, Dupont Evening and BP Banquet these activities also had been held. This forum had been one of the grandest conferences alike held recently in China.

◇Islands-in-the-Sea Fiber Technology & Market Symposium
On March 15, 2003, the leaders of domestic textile and chemical fiber industries、domestic and overseas producers of the materials of islands-in-the-sea fiber and manufacturer of islands-in-the-sea long filament and staple fiber、representatives of domestic P&D enterprises and islands-in-the-sea fabric and garment manufactory、scholars and experts of scientific research institution 600 in all participated the conference. Researches and discussions referring to islands-in-the-sea technology and market deeply probed into the market supply-demand situation and trend and promoted the exchange and cooperation of ultra-fine fiber technology.

On September 3-5, China Hangzhou·Cotton Textile Market & Technology Forum was held ceremoniously. Leaders and experts from the government, cotton textile associations, enterprises such as the Ministry of Commerce of PRC, National Development and Reform Commission,Bureau of Industry Injury Investigation,China Cotton Textile Industry Association, All Pakistan Textile Mills Association, American Daliwen Industrial Inc, Chinese Academy of Engineering,etc, attended the meeting and many of them gave exciting talks. Local media such as China Textile News, Xinhua New Zhejiang Agency, Oriental Morning Post, 21st Economic Review, Zhejiang Daily sent experienced correspondents to cover and report this meeting. Newspapers such as China Textile News reported this meeting in special column.

◇2003 China Hangzhou·Polyester Staple Fiber Market & Technology Symposium
Along with the sharp expansion of domestic cotton spindle capacity, the polyester staple fiber, an important material of cotton textiles, became the center of attention again, and its price rose as swiftly as cotton, so it further attracted intense attention from the whole industry. In December 2003, China Chemical Fiber Website organized 2003 China Hangzhou·Polyester Staple Fiber Market & Technology Symposium. During the conference, 300 odd participators thoroughly discussed some issues, for examples, the conditions of supply-demand、investment、material supply and production cost in domestic polyester staple fiber sector, cotton and viscose staple fiber market trends and new polyester products development. The conference gained a great success.
