Zhejiang Harvest Information & Technology Co. Ltd. is
an advanced scientific and technological company with the integration
of Internet service, information consultation, software development,
e-Business application, enterprise logistic distribution and
other multiple services. In 2001, the company was selected as
the Zhejiang Provincial high and new technology enterprise.
The company prime tenet is to serve and enhance the traditional
industry with information technology. Since its founding up
to now, the company has maintained the high-speed increase in
portfolio and profit. The company has taken the lead in originating
such "China Chemical Fibre Website" (http://www.ccf.com.cn)
that is the earliest and most successful Internet website in
the domestic chemical fiber sector, enjoying the good name of
"No. 1 Website in Chinese Chem-fibre Industry" with
6,000 clients all over the world.
In May 2002, the company further reached the agreement on
comprehensive cooperation
with China Cotton Textile Association (CCTA) and China Colored
Woven Association (CCWA) and created China Cotton Textile Website
(http://www.tteb.com)
and China Cotton Textile Magazine, with a view to making full
utilization of the dual superiority on both industry information
of the associations and market information of Harvest to extend
the company's information services from chemical fiber to the
field of cotton textiles.
The company has 86 staff at present and has built up a mature
management and technological team through recruitment, training
and other measures. The company possesses the finished-product
barcode system, packaging line data collection system, enterprise
management information system, enterprise resource planning
(ERP) system, collaborative commerce system and other serialized
software packages on our own intellectual property right which
have been used by Henan Xinxiang, Tianjin Synthetic Fibre, Wujiang
Xinsheng, Shaoxing Zhanwang, Zhejiang Dapu, Suzhou Huatai, Southern
Group and many other enterprises.
As a successful IT enterprise, Zhejiang Harvest Information
& Technology Co. Ltd. has been supported and affirmed by
the Chinese government from local to the central level. On November
29, 2002, the company's "Harvest Chemical Fibre ERP Project"
was given the support with "2001 Provincial Software Industry
and Electronic Information Industry Development Special Fund"
commonly approved by Zhejiang Provincial Financial Bureau and
the Provincial Information Industry Bureau. Meanwhile, the project
establishment of interface of the company's e-Business with
enterprise ERP and other projects was approved by the State
Ministry of Information Industry and given the support with
State Innovation Fund.
Officials of the State Economic and Trade Commission, State
National Textile Industry Council (CNTIC), China Chemical Fibre
Association (CCFA), CCTA, and other ministries and commissions
have been present at the company for many times on direction
and have all confirmed the contributions made by the company
to the textile and chemical fiber industries. In June 2002,
Mr. Du Yuzhou, Chairman of CNTIC inspected our company and wrote
an inscription willingly "Serve the Construction on Informatization
of the Textile Industry". In October 2002, officials of
the State Council Informatization Office and in November 2002,
Ms. Ye Rongbao, Vice Governor of Zhejiang Provincial People's
Government paid the special inspection visits to our company
on informatization progress. |
