| On March 13, the 2003 China Hangzhou
o Chemical Fibre Forum organized by Zhejiang Harvest Information
& Technology Co., Ltd. was ceremoniously started.
Up to 20:00, March 12, more than 400 officials and experts
from different levels of the government, investment and
securities institutions, new agencies and many Chinese
domestic chemical fibre and textile enterprises as well
